Job Description: Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions - Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment Skills: - Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers - Bilingual in Spanish is a plus - Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in electronics or wireless sales, is preferred - Knowledge of technical specifications of electronic products is a plus - Ability to provide excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales.
